Excellent service all around! Our house and decks look fabulous! Dan gave us an excellent quote, beating out another quote by quite a bit. He was very conscientious of water usage even though he brought his own tanks full. Very aware & respectful of social distancing and was quite receptive of our needs in this area. He always replied to emails promptly and was at our property on the day & time he said he’d be there! Dan did an incredible job on our home! Dan was able to take our deck back to its original color of gray. It had turned a lovely shade of Virginia red clay thanks to our dog. He cleaned our gutters, removing the tiger stripes and years of grime. Communication was easy and he was punctual. I highly recommend Five Star Exterior Services!

Dan's customer service is excellent! His responses were prompt; he was quick to review the scope of work; he emailed a professional estimate and answered my follow up questions. He also did a very nice job in power washing my large deck and the steep steps leading to my dock. No doubt I will call again when I need additional powerwashing.
